本 App 沒有會員系統，不收集姓名、Email、電話。主機只透過一組隨機產生的裝置識別碼辨識您的裝置。

照片上傳前，App 會先移除 GPS 位置、拍攝時間、裝置型號等中繼資料。
AI健康助理（AI Health Assistant）：打開 App →「提醒」→「刪除主機上的資料」→ 確認，即可刪除主機上與此裝置相關的所有資料（裝置識別碼、訂閱綁定、同意紀錄、解析紀錄），立即生效、不另保留；刪除 App 會同時刪除手機上的資料。訂閱需自行到應用程式商店帳號的訂閱設定取消，刪除 App 不會自動取消訂閱。

No account is required. We identify your device only by a randomly generated device identifier. We store subscription records (transaction ID, plan, expiry, platform) verified with the app store. Photos you upload are stripped of location metadata, sent, only after you agree in the app, to a third-party AI service — OpenAI (USA), GPT model — together with the medicine names found (to add medication details), and used only to extract text; we require OpenAI to provide the same or equal protection as this policy. Photos are deleted right after processing, and the results are deleted from our server once delivered to your device (or within 24 hours). Medication plans, appointments and saved captions are encrypted on your device and never uploaded. Live captions are processed on-device; audio is never recorded or uploaded. Payments are handled by the app store you downloaded the app from. To delete data: open AI Health Assistant → Reminders → "Delete data on our server" → confirm. This immediately deletes the device ID, subscription link, consent records and scan records; nothing is retained. Contact: admin@jxdtw.com
