本 App 不提供診斷或用藥建議。AI 擷取與字幕結果可能有誤，所有內容請自行對照原件與醫囑核對，並以醫師、藥師指示為準。
看診字幕由手機自動辨識，可能有誤字或漏字，僅供看診溝通輔助使用，不得作為醫療紛爭之佐證。 保存的看診紀錄亦同；本 App 不錄音，紀錄不具證據效力，醫囑以醫師、藥師說明及處方為準。
在法律允許範圍內，本服務依現狀提供；因辨識錯誤或提醒未送達所致之損害，我們不負擔超過您已支付訂閱費用之責任。
